It was fifty years ago when Meredith Willson’s “The Music Man” made its Broadway debut at the Majestic Theater. By the time the production closed up shop, it had put together an amazing run of 1,375 performances and remains an all-time favorite.
Of course, we realize this isn’t River City, and it’s definitely not 1912. That’s why we’re challenging you to put together your own updated take on “The Wells Fargo Wagon” song from “The Music Man.”
So get inspired and express yourself! Choose from five different musical styles – Broadway, Pop, R&B, Latin, and Country. Want to show off your vocal chops? Go with one of our karaoke versions. Not feeling so confident? Feel free to lip synch along with our professional singers. Just make sure to submit your music video before November 26, 2007. And vote often!
Because if you have the creativity and talent, Wells Fargo could help showcase your music video to over 37 million of your closest friends on national TV.
