Broadway musical’s revival of Chicago kicks off its North American tour, extending a bit beyond North America itself, beginning with performances in Thailand’s Bangkok at the Muang Thai Rachadalai Theatre, from Feb. 12-22. This is Chicago’s Thailand premiere, bringing the revival’s numbers to performances in 24 countries, and translations into 11 languages (though this Thai production will be performed in English).

The cast includes Michelle DeJean (Roxie Hart), Terra C. MacLeod (Velma Kelly), Jeff McCarthy (Billy Flynn), Roz Ryan (Matron “Mama” Morton), and Ben Elledge (Amos Hart).

The group will travel back to the States to begin performances at the Ford Center for the Performing Arts’ Oriental Theatre in — you guessed it — Chicago, on Feb. 25.
