Stage & screen star and Tony Award winner Kristin Chenoweth stars in the made-for-TV Lifetime original movie “12 Men of Christmas,” which premieres tonight, December 5. The movie is based on Philippa Ashley’s novel Decent Exposure.

It’s anything BUT a Merry Christmas for die-hard New Yorker and publicist E.J. Baxter (Chenoweth) when she loses both her high-powered Manhattan job and her lawyer-fiance on the same night at her office Christmas party. E.J. winds up taking a job and moving to the opposite end of the earth – Kalispell, Montana. To help the local search-and-rescue station raise desperately needed funds, a la “Calendar Girls,” she tries to convince the male rescue workers to pose for a naked calendar and along the way discovers what really matters to her and wins the heart of one of the pin-ups. The cast also features Anna Chlumsky (”My Girl”), Josh Hopkins, and Tony nominee Erin Dilly.

Kristen Chenoweth will be returning to Broadway later this season, as she is set to star in the revival of Promises, Promises, a musical comedy based on the film “The Apartment” by Billy Wilder.

“12 Men of Christmas” premieres on Lifetime on Saturday, Dec. 5 at 9 PM ET/PT. Encore presentations can be seen Dec. 6 and 8 at 9 PM.
